Ingrédients :
– 4 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
– 2 cuillères à soupe de vinaigre balsamique
– 2 gousses d’ail, émincées
– 1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde de Dijon
– 1 cuillère à soupe de sauce soja
– 1 cuillère à café de miel
– 1 cuillère à café de paprika
– Sel et poivre, au goût
Instructions :
1. Dans un bol, mélangez ensemble l’huile d’olive, le vinaigre balsamique, l’ail émincé, la moutarde de Dijon, la sauce soja, le miel, le paprika, du sel et du poivre.
2. Battez la marinade avec un fouet jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit bien homogène.
3. Goûtez la marinade et ajustez l’assaisonnement selon vos préférences en ajoutant plus de sel, de poivre ou d’autres épices si nécessaire.
4. Versez la marinade sur votre viande (poulet, bœuf, porc, etc.) dans un plat peu profond ou un sac de congélation refermable.
5. Assurez-vous que la viande est bien enrobée de marinade de tous les côtés.
6. Couvrez le plat ou refermez le sac de congélation et laissez la viande mariner au réfrigérateur pendant au moins 1 heure, idéalement pendant 4 heures ou toute une nuit pour une meilleure imprégnation des saveurs.
7. Retirez la viande de la marinade avant de la faire cuire, en éliminant l’excès de marinade.
8. Vous pouvez maintenant griller, rôtir, ou cuire la viande selon votre recette préférée, en savourant les arômes délicieux de la marinade qui se sont imprégnés dans la viande.
9. Servez votre viande marinée avec des accompagnements de votre choix et régalez-vous !
