Recette des Cornes de Gazelle

Ingrédients :

Pour la pâte :

– 250g de farine

– 100g de beurre fondu

– 1 pincée de sel

– Eau de fleur d’oranger

Pour la farce :

– 200g d’amandes en poudre

– 100g de sucre glace

– 1 cuillère à soupe de cannelle en poudre

– Eau de fleur d’oranger

– 1 cuillère à soupe de beurre fondu

Pour la finition :

– Sucre glace

Instructions :

1. Préchauffez votre four à 180°C (thermostat 6).

2. Préparez la pâte en mélangeant la farine, le beurre fondu et la pincée de sel. Ajoutez progressivement de l’eau de fleur d’oranger jusqu’à obtention d’une pâte homogène et souple. Laissez reposer pendant environ 30 minutes.

3. Préparez la farce en mélangeant les amandes en poudre, le sucre glace, la cannelle en poudre, l’eau de fleur d’oranger et le beurre fondu dans un bol jusqu’à obtenir une pâte homogène et malléable.

4. Étalez la pâte sur un plan de travail légèrement fariné et découpez-la en rectangles.

5. Formez des petits boudins de farce et disposez-les sur les rectangles de pâte. Enroulez la pâte autour de la farce pour former des cornes en scellant bien les bords.

6. Disposez les cornes de gazelle sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfurisé et enfournez-les pendant environ 15 à 20 minutes, ou jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées.

7. Laissez refroidir légèrement les cornes de gazelle avant de les saupoudrer généreusement de sucre glace.

8. Servez ces délicieuses cornes de gazelle avec un bon thé à la menthe pour une pause gourmande et parfumée.
