Ingrédients :
1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde de Dijon
1 cuillère à soupe de vinaigre de cidre ou de jus de citron
1 cuillère à soupe d’huile d’olive
1 cuillère à soupe de miel ou de sirop d’érable (facultatif)
1 gousse d’ail, hachée finement
Sel et poivre noir moulu, au goût
Herbes fraîches hachées (persil, ciboulette, aneth) pour garnir
Instructions :
Dans un bol, mélangez le yaourt nature, la moutarde de Dijon, le vinaigre de cidre ou le jus de citron, et l’huile d’olive jusqu’à obtenir une consistance homogène.
Ajoutez l’ail haché et mélangez bien.
Si vous souhaitez une touche de douceur, incorporez le miel ou le sirop d’érable.
Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre selon votre goût.
Ajoutez les herbes fraîches hachées et mélangez à nouveau.
Laissez reposer la sauce au réfrigérateur pendant au moins 30 minutes pour permettre aux saveurs de se développer.
