Ingrédients :
150 ml de crème fraîche épaisse
50 g de beurre
1 échalote, finement hachée
1 cuillère à café de moutarde de Dijon
1 cuillère à soupe de persil frais, haché
Sel et poivre
Instructions :
Dans une petite casserole, faites fondre le beurre à feu moyen. Ajoutez l’échalote hachée et faites-la revenir jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit translucide et légèrement dorée.
Ajoutez le jus et le zeste des citrons à la casserole. Mélangez bien et laissez mijoter pendant 2-3 minutes.
Incorporez la crème fraîche et la moutarde de Dijon, en remuant constamment pour bien mélanger les ingrédients. Laissez la sauce chauffer doucement jusqu’à ce qu’elle commence à épaissir, environ 5-7 minutes.
Assaisonnez la sauce avec du sel et du poivre selon votre goût.
Juste avant de servir, ajoutez le persil frais haché à la sauce et mélangez.
Versez cette sauce au citron chaude sur votre poisson cuit préféré, qu’il soit grillé, poêlé ou cuit au four.
