Fondant aux Pommes Mascarpone 

Ingrédients :

pommes

250 g de mascarpone

3 œufs

150 g de sucre en poudre

100 g de farine

1 sachet de levure chimique

1 cuillère à café d’extrait de vanille

Beurre et farine pour le moule

Instructions :

Préparation des Pommes :

Épluchez, épépinez et coupez les pommes en petits dés. Réservez.

Préparation de la Pâte :

Préchauffez votre four à 180°C (thermostat 6) et beurrez et farinez un moule à gâteau.

Dans un bol, fouettez les œufs avec le sucre en poudre jusqu’à ce que le mélange blanchisse et double de volume.

Ajoutez le mascarpone et mélangez jusqu’à obtenir une préparation homogène.

Incorporez la farine tamisée avec la levure chimique, puis l’extrait de vanille. Mélangez jusqu’à obtenir une pâte lisse.

Ajoutez les dés de pommes à la pâte et mélangez délicatement pour les incorporer.

Cuisson :

Versez la pâte dans le moule préparé et lissez le dessus avec une spatule.

Enfournez le gâteau et laissez cuire pendant environ 35 à 40 minutes, ou jusqu’à ce qu’un cure-dent inséré au centre en ressorte propre.

Refroidissement et Service :

Laissez refroidir le fondant aux pommes dans le moule pendant quelques minutes, puis démoulez-le et laissez-le refroidir complètement sur une grille.

Une fois refroidi, coupez le gâteau en parts et servez-le tel quel ou accompagné d’une boule de glace à la vanille pour un dessert encore plus gourmand !
