Fondant Chocolat & Spéculoos 

Ingrédients :

200 g de chocolat noir

100 g de beurre

100 g de sucre en poudre

3 œufs

80 g de farine

100 g de biscuits Spéculoos

Instructions :

Préparation des Biscuits :

Préchauffez votre four à 180°C (thermostat 6).

Réduisez les biscuits Spéculoos en miettes à l’aide d’un mixeur ou en les écrasant dans un sac plastique avec un rouleau à pâtisserie. Réservez.

Préparation du Mélange Chocolat-Beurre :

Dans une casserole, faites fondre le chocolat noir et le beurre à feu doux, en remuant régulièrement jusqu’à obtenir un mélange lisse et homogène. Retirez du feu et laissez refroidir légèrement.

Préparation de la Pâte à Fondant :

Dans un grand bol, fouettez les œufs avec le sucre en poudre jusqu’à ce que le mélange blanchisse et double de volume.

Incorporez délicatement le mélange chocolat-beurre fondu à la préparation œufs-sucre.

Ajoutez la farine tamisée et mélangez jusqu’à obtenir une pâte lisse et homogène.

Assemblage et Cuisson :

Beurrez et farinez un moule à gâteau rond de taille moyenne.

Versez la moitié de la pâte à fondant dans le moule préparé.

Saupoudrez généreusement de miettes de biscuits Spéculoos sur la pâte.

Recouvrez avec le reste de la pâte à fondant.

Cuisson :

Enfournez le fondant chocolat & Spéculoos et laissez cuire pendant environ 20 à 25 minutes, ou jusqu’à ce que la surface soit légèrement craquelée et que le centre soit encore légèrement humide.

Refroidissement et Service :

Laissez refroidir le fondant dans le moule pendant quelques minutes avant de le démouler délicatement.

Servez le fondant chocolat & Spéculoos tiède ou à température ambiante, accompagné d’une boule de glace à la vanille pour un dessert encore plus gourmand !
