Clafoutis de Chou-Fleur au Jambon Léger

Ingrédients :

 4 œufs

 200ml de lait

 100g de fromage râpé

 100g de jambon cuit en dés

 Un bouquet de persil frais

 1 oignon

 2 gousses d’ail

 1 petit chou-fleur

 Sel et poivre

 Huile d’olive

Instructions :

1.  Préchauffez votre four à 180°C. Décomposez le chou-fleur en petits bouquets et faites-les cuire à la vapeur pendant environ 5 minutes, jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient tendres mais encore croquants. Égouttez-les et réservez.

2.  Hachez finement l’oignon, l’ail et le persil.

3.  Dans une poêle, faites chauffer un peu d’huile d’olive à feu moyen. Faites revenir l’oignon et l’ail hachés jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient dorés et parfumés.

4.  Ajoutez les dés de jambon dans la poêle et faites-les revenir pendant quelques minutes.

5.  Dans un grand bol, battez les œufs avec le lait. Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre.

6.  Ajoutez le fromage râpé et le persil haché dans le mélange d’œufs.

7.  Disposez les bouquets de chou-fleur dans un plat allant au four préalablement huilé. Répartissez le mélange de jambon et d’oignon sur le chou-fleur.

8.  Versez délicatement le mélange d’œufs battus sur le chou-fleur et le jambon.

9.  Enfournez le plat et laissez cuire pendant environ 25 à 30 minutes, jusqu’à ce que le clafoutis soit doré et pris.
