Filet Mignon au Boursin et Champignons

Ingrédients :

– 2 filets mignons de bœuf

– 200g de champignons de votre choix, tranchés

– 1 échalote, hachée finement

– 2 gousses d’ail, émincées

– 100g de fromage Boursin (de votre choix de saveur)

– 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive

– Sel et poivre, au goût

– Persil frais haché pour garnir (facultatif)

Instructions :

1. Assaisonnez les filets mignons avec du sel et du poivre des deux côtés.

2. Dans une poêle, faites chauffer l’huile d’olive à feu moyen-élevé. Ajoutez les filets mignons et faites-les cuire de chaque côté jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient dorés, environ 4-5 minutes de chaque côté pour une cuisson à point. Réservez les filets mignons sur une assiette.

3. Dans la même poêle, ajoutez un peu plus d’huile d’olive si nécessaire, puis ajoutez les champignons tranchés. Faites-les sauter pendant quelques minutes jusqu’à ce qu’ils commencent à dorer.

4. Ajoutez l’échalote et l’ail émincés dans la poêle avec les champignons et faites-les revenir pendant encore 2 à 3 minutes, jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient tendres et parfumés.

5. Réduisez le feu à moyen-doux, remettez les filets mignons dans la poêle avec les champignons et ajoutez le fromage Boursin par-dessus les filets mignons.

6. Couvrez la poêle et laissez mijoter pendant quelques minutes, juste assez pour que le fromage Boursin fonde et devienne crémeux.

7. Une fois que le fromage a fondu, retirez la poêle du feu. Saupoudrez de persil frais haché pour garnir si désiré.

8. Servez immédiatement les filets mignons au Boursin et champignons avec des légumes de saison ou une salade verte, et dégustez ce délicieux plat savoureux et réconfortant.
