Ingrédients :
300 g de pâtes (de votre choix)
2 blancs de poulet, coupés en dés
200 g de champignons de Paris, tranchés
1 oignon, haché
2 gousses d’ail, émincées
200 ml de crème fraîche
50 g de parmesan râpé
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
Sel et poivre
Persil frais haché pour la garniture (facultatif)
Instructions :
Préparation des pâtes :
Faites cuire les pâtes dans une casserole d’eau bouillante salée selon les instructions sur l’emballage, jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient al dente. Égouttez-les et réservez.
Préparation de la sauce :
Dans une grande poêle, faites chauffer l’huile d’olive à feu moyen. Ajoutez l’oignon haché et faites-le revenir jusqu’à ce qu’il soit translucide.
Ajoutez les dés de poulet dans la poêle et faites-les cuire jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient dorés de tous les côtés.
Ajoutez les champignons tranchés et l’ail émincé dans la poêle. Faites cuire pendant quelques minutes de plus, jusqu’à ce que les champignons soient tendres.
Versez la crème fraîche dans la poêle et mélangez bien. Laissez mijoter pendant quelques minutes jusqu’à ce que la sauce épaississe légèrement.
Incorporer le parmesan râpé dans la sauce, en remuant jusqu’à ce qu’il soit fondu et que la sauce soit homogène.
Assaisonnez la sauce avec du sel et du poivre selon votre goût.
Assemblage :
Ajoutez les pâtes cuites à la sauce dans la poêle. Mélangez délicatement pour enrober les pâtes de sauce et réchauffez-les pendant quelques minutes.
Service :
Servez les pâtes à la crème poulet et champignons chaudes, garnies de persil frais haché si désiré.
